Self Exclusion

If you feel you need a longer break from playing, you can choose to “Self Exclude” and block access to your PeakPlay account for a longer time period, ranging from 6 months to indefinitely. Because this process officially blocks access to your account, you must complete a Self Exclusion form and submit it to our Player Experience Team. Once the form is verified, the Self Exclusion period will be activated.

Please read the self exclusion form carefully. Once it is filed and confirmed, the account will be blocked for the selected period. You will automatically be logged out and you will not be able to access or reactivate your account until the selected duration has been reached.
