Having multiple accounts is against our Terms and Conditions
Why is having multiple accounts against our Terms and Conditions?
We want you to enjoy the experience and ensure all of your winnings are in one secure place.
Having multiple accounts also helps protect your account and personal information from potential risks like hacking, unauthorized access, or identity fraud.
It also helps keep PeakPlay secure by preventing possible fraud.
What happens if I have multiple accounts?
Our verification system flags potential multiple accounts. If this happens, our Player Experience Team will reach out to inform you about the flag.
We’ll provide a gentle reminder and ask you to continue playing on any verified account you may have or help you select one account to fully verify and keep active.
Any other accounts will be disabled to avoid further flags and ensure your gameplay and account access remain smooth.
What happens if more accounts are created after a soft warning?
If additional accounts are created after we’ve given you a soft warning and consolidated your accounts, your accounts will be permanently disabled, and you will be banned from PeakPlay. We’d hate for that to happen!
To avoid this, be open and honest with our Player Experience Team, and we’ll work with you to keep the fun going on PeakPlay.
