We Put Players First

PeakPlay is committed to operating our social casino with a strong emphasis on responsible social gameplay and our core "Players First" values.

We are dedicated to working with our players to ensure an enjoyable gameplay experience. We believe in putting our players first. We provide information to educate players and make them aware of the potential risks that can be linked to online gameplay. We also provide dedicated Responsible Social Gameplay (RSG) tools to assist players in setting responsible limits to their gameplay.

Our customer service team is trained in our Players First values and our RSG toolkit. We reserve the right to engage with players and activate RSG measures at our discretion if we deem such action necessary.

Key Tools

Our key responsible gaming tools are presented to players during onboarding and are always available to our players. Players First gives players several ways to self-manage limits from the players My Account page:

Purchase Limits

  • Setting a Purchase Limit will restrict the amount of purchases you can make within your specified timeframe.

  • Options: You can set a one-time or an automatically renewing Purchase Limit.

    • Note that once a limit is set, it can be lowered at any time, but cannot be increased until the selected limit duration is reached.

  • Durations: Choose from Daily, Weekly, or Monthly limits.

    • Note that once a duration is set, it can be shortened at any time, but cannot be lengthened until the selected limit duration is reached.

  • Visit Purchase Limits to set up a limit.

Time Outs

  • A Time Out allows you to temporarily suspend your ability to play games and make purchases.

  • Durations: You can set a Time Out for 24 hours, one week, or one month.

    • Note that once a Time Out is activated it can be extended at any time, but cannot be shortened until the selected duration is reached.

  • You can view the details of your Time Out in the "My Account" page.

  • Visit Time Outs to set a limit.
