How to Clear Your Cache and Cookies

Clearing your cache and cookies can help ensure a smoother gameplay experience on PeakPlay. Follow the steps below for your device:


For Apple (iOS) Devices

  1. Go to your device Settings.

  2. Tap on Safari.

  3. Select Clear History and Website Data.

Note: This will clear your cache, cookies, and browsing history.


For Android or Windows Devices (Chrome)

  1. Open Chrome.

  2. Tap the three dots icon in the top-right corner.

  3. Select History.

  4. Tap Clear Browsing Data.

  5. Choose the time range you’d like to clear, or select All Time to delete everything.

  6. Tick the boxes next to Cookies and Site Data and Cached Images and Files.

  7. Tap Clear Data.

Note: This will clear your cache, cookies, and browsing history.


Why do I need to clear my Cache?

Over time, your device stores temporary files (cache and cookies) to help websites load faster. However, these files can sometimes cause errors, glitches, or slow down gameplay. Clearing your cache and cookies gives you a clean slate and helps ensure a smoother PeakPlay experience.
