The Four Tiers of the Players1st Rewards Program: Base Camp, Mountaineer, Trailblazer and VIPeak constitute the four tiers of the Players1st Rewards Program (the “Program”). If you have been approved to purchase Gold Coins (i.e., you have been “KYC verified”) as of October 13th at [12:00 AM PDT] (the “Program Launch Time”), your first day at Base Camp (the lowest Tier) begins on October 13th, 2025, at [12:05 AM PDT. If you have not yet been approved to purchase Gold Coins as of the Program Launch Time (i.e., you have only been “email verified” as of the Program Launch Time), your first moment in Base Camp begins upon the day and time of your first log-in with your verified email and password after the Program Launch Time. For all other players (i.e., new players), your first moment in Base Camp begins when you receive “The Journey Begins” message in your Players1st Rewards Program Inbox (not the inbox associated with your verified email address).
You advance through the Tiers by accumulating PeakPoints over a 28-day period from your first moment (i.e., day and time) in each Tier. All PeakPoints reset to zero upon the earlier to occur of (a) the expiration of said 28-day period, or (b) the day and time of your advancement to the next Tier. If you advance at any time to the Mountaineer, Trailblazer or VIPeak tier, you must continue to meet the eligibility criteria for that Tier within the next 28 days to remain at that Tier; if you fail to do so, any accumulated PeakPoints will be reset to zero and you will drop down one Tier. Similarly, if you do not meet the eligibility criteria for that lower tier over the next 28 days, you will once again drop one Tier (but never lower than the Base Camp tier).
The eligibility criteria (such as the number of PeakPoints) needed to advance to the Mountaineer, Trailblazer and VIPeak tiers are subject to change at any time without notice. In addition, the promotions, rewards, bonuses, PeakPoints and other benefits associated with each Tier (including, without limitation, Gold Coin package BOGO and other offers, badges, Gold Coin multipliers, PeakPoint multipliers, daily log-in rewards and expiry dates) are subject to change at any time without notice.
We may, in our sole discretion, grant, modify, limit, suspend or revoke any Tier benefits, rewards or features at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. The four Tiers of the Players1st Rewards Program and any associated benefits are provided in our sole discretion and are not guaranteed; players have no entitlement to advance to any Tier or to receive any related benefits. Consistent with the foregoing, nothing herein guarantees the existence of the Players1st Rewards Program, any Tier thereof or any associated benefit or feature.
Log-In Rewards: For any log-in rewards which require consecutive daily actions greater than one day, but less than seven (7) days, you must complete the required activity within a similarly-calculated period of time (i.e., all “days” are calculated in consecutive 24 hour increments (e.g., to receive the 3rd Day Login Reward, you must log-in at least once each 24-hour period during such three-day/72-hour period).
Sweeps Coins: All Sweeps Coins are subject to a one-time (1X) play-through requirement; no Sweeps Coins may be redeemed prior to being played in a game.
Challenges: The number and types of Challenges are specific to each User’s journey through the Players1st Rewards Program. The Challenges are subject to change based on a number of factors, such as your Tier, the achievement of certain Badges and the completion of other Challenges.
General Terms and Conditions: In addition to any terms and conditions set forth herein and in the Players1st Rewards Program from time to time, the Terms of Use and Sweepstakes Rules posted at www.peakplay.com govern the Players1st Rewards Program; all such terms and conditions shall constitute an Incorporated Policy (as defined in the Terms of Use). We may disqualify any person from the Players1st Rewards Program at any time and for any reason, including, without limitation, in the event that the person: (i) violates any of the aforementioned terms, conditions and/or rules; (ii) engages in fraudulent or deceptive behavior; and/or (iii) attempts to defeat or circumvent any of the terms, conditions or rules governing the Players1st Rewards Program . We may suspend or cancel the Players1st Rewards Program, or modify any aspect thereof, at any time, for any reason, and without notice.
