Redeeming on PeakPlay

To claim your redemption you must have a minimum of 100 Redeemable Sweep Coins.

Redemptions are only available currently through Skrill or Pay by Bank.

Note: Most digital wallets and banks are not currently supported by our payment gateway. We recommend using a traditional bank to redeem. You may also choose to redeem via Skrill then move your funds from Skrill to your preferred bank instead.

1. Log into PeakPlay.

2. Go to the Main Menu and click on "Redeem".

3. Click "Go to My Wallet to Reserve".
​

4. Enter how many Redeemable Sweeps Coins you want to reserve (minimum of 100).
​

5. Click "Reserve Sweeps Coins for Redemption."

You've reserved your Redeemable Sweeps Coins. Now it's time to redeem them!

Now that you've reserved your Redeemable Sweeps Coins, you can redeem them.

There are two ways to do this:

1. Straight after you reserve your Sweeps Coins, a pop up will show where you can choose to redeem your reserved Sweeps Coins straight away.

2. Head back into 'My Wallet' and click 'Redeem Now' on your Reserved Sweeps Coins.

Note: If you want to reserve more Redeemable Sweeps Coins, click 'Reserve more Sweeps Coins' and you'll be able to reserve more to then redeem more!

3. Then enter your personal details and address details:

This includes your:

- First and Last Name.

- Date of Birth.

- Phone Number.

- Billing Address (Address Line, City, State and Zip Code).

4. Next, choose which Withdraw Method you want to continue with.
​Note: It is normal with a Skrill redemption to skip past entering your information this Redemption will be sent to the Skrill account that matches your email with PeakPlay

5. Check that all of your details are correct then click "Proceed to Withdraw".
​

6. And there we go, you've reserved and redeemed the amount of Sweeps Coins that you want!

7. Lastly, you will be able to see the the Date Requested, Amount and Status of your Redemption:
