Why Would You Need to Update Your Bank Account?
If your redemption has failed due to an incorrect account number, you’ll need to update your bank account details. No worries—it’s easy to fix!
Steps to Update Your Bank Account:
Login to PeakPlay: Start by logging in to your account.
Open the Side Bar: Look for the menu on the side of your screen.
Click “Redeem”: This will take you to the redemption section.
Find the Add/Update Bank Account Area: You’ll see an option to update your bank details.
Make Your Changes: Enter the correct account information.
Click Save/Add: Save your updated bank details.
Notify the Player Experience Team: Reach out via the chat bubble to inform us of your changes and help avoid further delays with your redemption.
