There are a few different ways you can choose to step away from our site.
Taking a Break from PeakPlay
Time Out:
A Time Out is a temporary, scheduled break.
Options include 24 hours, one week, or one month.
You can view the details of your Time Out in the "My Account" page.
To activate a Time Out, use the chat bubble in the Responsible Gaming section, email us, or reach out via live chat.
Purchase Limits:
Setting a Purchase Limit will restrict the amount of purchases you can make within your allocated timeframe.
You can set a one-time or an automatically renewing Purchase Limit.
Select your limit duration
Daily.
Weekly.
Monthly.
Self-Exclude:
Self-Exclusion is a longer, indefinite break. Options include six months, one year, five years, or indefinite time away.
If you wish to return, you’ll need to contact us.
There is a one-week minimum Self-Exclusion period to give you time to reflect on your gameplay.
For indefinite Self-Exclusion, a minimum of six months must pass before we can reactivate your account.
You can initiate Self-Exclusion on your own through your account settings.
